OVERVIEW Of Parking Meter
In this quick project, we started by finding pain points, understanding the user experience process through storyboard iterations, and experiencing the process from sketches to quick electronic mockups to prototype testing.
This project is an exploration of the expression of Figma and helps me to be more familiar with and understand the user experience process.
PROCESS - PAIN POINT FINDING
PROBLEM
Through our research, we found that most charges for parking in the United States rely on physical tolls fixed to the side of the parking space.
Although some of the parking meters offer apps, it is still very inconvenient to check the remaining time and increase the reservation time for users.
PROCESS - SKETCH & QUICK MOCKUP
PROCESS
In the process of building the APP, we conducted some benchmark research first, drew sketches, selected some interesting ideas, and then tried to make some digital renderings in Figma.
After several attempts, we chose a clean and effective direction and refined it.

PROCESS - PROTOTYPE
PROTOTYPE
It could be a challenging process for trying to build animations with Figma at first.
But the result was absolutly well worth it, animations and interactable prototypes do really good express interactions and make them easier to understand.
STORYBOARD
We hope that by providing an online parking charging APP, users can check or charge their parking at any time and place without having to rush back to the parking lot.
This can promote a relaxed, comfortable, and efficient experience for users during their stay in the places.
